Sabrine built her career across private practice and in-house senior legal roles across the MEA region. She is a qualified lawyer, a certified executive coach and a passionate advocate for the next generation of professionals in law and GRC. She founded WIM not from a position of arrival, but from a deep understanding of what it means to navigate a demanding career without a roadmap.
I have been a lawyer for almost two decades. I have sat in boardrooms, negotiated contracts, advised executives and navigated some of the most complex legal landscapes in the MEA region. And yet, for a long time, something was missing. I kept asking myself the same question, quietly at first, then louder: what is my real purpose? The answer did not come from a case file or a client brief. It came from my own journey and from watching brilliant young women navigate their early careers completely alone. No mentor. No network. No one to call when things got hard. No one to say: I have been exactly where you are, and here is how I found my way through. That is the moment Women In Mentoring was born. Not as a networking platform. Not as a brand, but as a belief. The belief that when women lift each other, extraordinary things happen. That mentorship is not a privilege reserved for the well connected. That every young professional, regardless of where she comes from, deserves someone in her corner who genuinely wants to see her win. Together, we will WIM to WIN.
